Your appointment will be accepted once your deposit has been received. **Payments** At this time we are accepting Card, Apple Pay, Cash, or Zelle. **COVID-19: ** If you are feeling ill please reschedule your appointment! We want to keep everyone safe in our space. Please wear a mask during your appointment. **Cancellations: ** Your appointment and well-being is very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays may occur, causing schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 12 hour advanced notice. Any cancellation or rescheduled appointments made less than 12 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 30% of the requested services. Therefore if you must cancel you will forfeit your deposit. ** LATE POLICY: ** If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, please CALL to notify us via phone 832-706-0050 and the same cancellation fee above will apply, and you will again forfeit your deposit and will be required to re-pay the deposit amount to re-book.
